Difference between school at Hawkesdale and Ummul Guro

At Ummul Guro it is a bording school, Hawkesdale is not
At Ummul Guro the boys and girls are seperated and never see eachother until graduation, at Hawkesdale the boys and girls work together and are together
At Ummul Guro they start at 7am and finish at 1pm, at Hawkesdale school goes from 9am till 3pm
Ummul Guro it is a religious school, Hawkesdale is a public school
At Ummul Guro they have big buildings and lots of students, at Hawkesdale we are a little school
At Ummul Guro they have 6 days of school and get Friday off, at Hawkesdale we have 5 days of school and get the weekend off

They way i learn is seeing things done and then using that as a diagram, then i can learn. If people talk and then expect you to anwser questions i struggle. This is what i find is the best way.



What i see, hear and smell at home in Kirkstall

What i see is:

the cows grazing in the paddock
the cars driving past the house
trees all around the place and a couple of houses

What i hear is:

the cows mooing waiting to be fed  
the revs of cars as they drive past
the trees rustling as the wind blows hard.

What i smell is:

the nice country air
the smell of hay and cows
the freshly cut grass as it has been mown

I would prefer to do blogging than text book work because you are on the computers, you learn more and it is fun.



My Favourite Holiday

My Favourite holiday would have to be Christmas because it is during the end of year holidays that goes for 6 weeks. What we usually do for Christmas is when we get up we open the presents in our Santa sack. Then we get ready to go to our cousins. Just before we leave we open the presents from under the Christmas Tree. We head off to our cousins place with a few other family members. We get there just before lunchtime and have a BBQ lunch. In the afternoon we play cricket and then for Dinner we have more BBQ food.
