The Personal web is websites that we personalise ourselves and it is all about us. Blogs, Myspace, Bebo and Facebook are many things that come under the topic of the personal web. On these sites we are able to put up pictures of ourselves, talk about ourselves and interact with others. We can also add different widgets and videos as well. The Net Gen Ed Ning is one of the websites that we are using at school that talks about ourselves.

We can use the Personal Web to learn stuff at school. Instead of doing work out of textbooks and writing stuff onto paper we can use the internet and web pages to learn all of the basic information we need. With blogging across the culture and the globe we can learn about other people, religions, races and countries. Computers and technology are the future of everything so the more we learn about them at school the better we are going to be equipped in the future and out in the work force. If every school starts to do this you will find that we will grow as a generation will knowledge that the older generations can only dream of. So start blogging because its fun, a great learning curve and great way to spend time at school.
